So I've been thinking about doing a detox for awhile and have been researching a bunch but most are pretty pricey (just to sign up not to mention all the special foods and things they want you to buy). Even worse they are a bit unrealistically restrictive and overly complicated in my humble opinion.
Tiffany's book outlines a really simple 30 Day Detox. What I like most about her plan is that it is very user friendly. In the book she guides you through an easy to follow step by step process week by week. With her plan you cut things out slowly which makes it much more realistic and easy to stick with and maintain than most other plans that want you to make drastic changes all at once.
And this detox is very budget friendly, you just need the book. There is no sign-up fee and no crazy expensive food or supplement purchases needed. Of course she recommends that you buy whole organic foods but there are no specific demands so you can purchase what you need within your budget.
We've all heard the saying "You Are What You Eat" well after reading this book and going through this process you'll understand that saying better than before. This book is packed full of information about food and how it affects your body and it's all explained in simple, easy to understand terms. Oh and did I mention that she even includes recipes! (And no I am not being paid or compensated in anyway to write about this book or detox plan I just personally believe in this book and like the plan.)
So I'm starting this plan on Monday and I'd love for you all to join me so we can go through the process together and share our experiences. I'll be sharing my experiences on Twitter and probably some food photos on Instagram, if you want to join in just include #TY30DayDetox so we can all see your post.
Let me know if you are interested, even if you can't start on Monday because you're waiting on the book or whatever just join in and start when you have the book and are ready.
